All of our devices come with a 30-day return policy. The product must be in the same condition as when you bought it.

Warranty

All of our devices are backed by a full hardware and software warranty for 90 days. However, we have full confidence that our products will last much longer than that.

Because of our faith in our products, all of our computers are also covered by a 180-day Limited Warranty. Our limited warranty covers Motherboard, RAM, Hard drive, and keyboard Failures. In the unlikely event that one of these devices fails, We will repair the device for free. If the device is not reparable, We will give you a full refund.
